A session reviewer is tempted to explain. This agent is built to observe. Given a trigger, such as a support opportunity, a session link, an alert, a survey response, or a funnel drop, it reports what the user actually experienced and what was recorded, and when. It never says why and never proposes a fix.
Four separate agents do the work: a visual session reviewer, an event-stream reader, an orchestrator that compares their accounts and rules on each disagreement, and a cohort agent that sizes the trigger across sessions and tests any claim the observers still dispute.
A few rules keep it honest. Every claim carries a provenance token pointing at the session, page, and timestamp it came from, and a claim without one is dropped. The two observers never see each other’s work in the first round. The orchestrator seals each observer’s folder before it reads it. There is no causal or hedged language, and one session is never turned into a rate.
